Training to improve the education quality management of NAEM
Recently, Prof.Dr. Pham Quang Trung - Secretary of the Party Committee – President of NAEM led the delegation of the Academy to visit and work at Swinburne University of Technology.

Swinburne University of Technology is a public university in the city of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Swinburne University has a long history and tradition (founded in 1908). Swinburne University has five campuses in Melbourne and one campus in Malaysia with a capacity of nearly 8,000 and more than 70,000 full-time students from more than 100 countries. According to QS World University Rankings, Swinburne University ranks 32nd in the world and is Australia's leading education, arts and design.

Welcoming delegates from the Institute of Management Education with representatives of the University of Swinburne: Prof. Duncan Bentley, Vice Rector of the university, along with representatives of Faculty leaders, units such as Prof. Carolyn Chong, Dean of Strategic & Global Relations; Prof. Ninetta Santoro, Dean of Education; Prof. Sivanes Phillipson, Dean of Health, Art & Design and Assoc. Prof. James Roffe, Associate Dean for Law and Economics.

At the meeting, the two units exchanged experiences on training and developing teachers and managers of general education. This is a valuable opportunity for the NAEM to learn from Australia's advanced education system, thereby finding solutions to improve the quality of teachers and staff of Vienam and to meet the requirements of education reform in Vietnam today.

Also at the meeting, NAEM and Swinburne Uni signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen the cooperation between the two sides in areas such as:

1. To set up the exchange program for researchers, students and faculties

2. To cooperate in the implementation of scientific research and training projects

3. Developing advanced training programs

4. Cooperate to organize short-term training courses

5. Strengthen academic exchange, organize seminars, conferences

6. Cooperation in other areas of mutual interest

Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with universities around the world is an important step in the process of expanding the international cooperation of the NAEM. On the basis of this cooperation agreement, NAEM will continue to work with partners to exchange the next steps to promote the realization of cooperation opportunities.
