The President of National Academy of Education Management receives and works with Dr. Marcus D. Ingle, Professor at Portland State University, USA.
On the afternoon of March 01, 1974, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Trung, President of National Academy of Education Management had a meeting with Dr. TS. Marcus D. Ingle, Professor of Public Administration, Portland State University, on innovation in the field of education management.

The meeting takes place in an open, friendly atmosphere

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Trung affirmed the role of National Academy of Education Management in the "fundamental and comprehensive reform of education" in Vietnam. Accordingly, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Trung wants to deepen the exchange with TS. Marcus D. Ingle on perspectives as well as practical experiences in the field of administrative reform, educational management in the United States.

Talking with Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Trung, PhD. Marcus D. Ingle insists that a comprehensive reform needs to stem from the elimination of prejudices inherent in human thinking, and he sees this as a "dilemma" in Vietnam. According to TS. Marcus D. Ingle, innovation is not the work of an individual manager, but it must be united in the whole society if every person in society agrees to the goal of innovation and the elimination of the prejudice, the renovation will be successful.
